This policy explains what information CaptainCurtAi LLC ("CaptainCurtAi," "we," "us") collects when you visit captaincurtai.com, contact us, book a call, or receive text messages from us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and anything you write in a message or booking form.
- Your text messaging consent: whether you agreed to receive texts, and when.
- Messages you send us by text, email, or through our forms.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider logs automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and schedule, confirm, and remind you of calls you book.
- To deliver services you hire us for, including project updates and support.
- To send text messages only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To keep records required for our business, legal, and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging and your mobile information
If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, or text our business number first, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments, project updates, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The only exception is the service providers who deliver the texts on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers. They may use your number solely to send our messages and may not use it for any other purpose.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, our customer relationship and messaging platform, email, scheduling, and payment processing. How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements, then delete it. If you opt out of texts, we keep a record of the opt-out so we do not message you again.

Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
